RATIO MADE WARRANTY POLICY

1-Year Crash Replacement Warranty

Ratio Made poles are protected by a 1-year crash replacement warranty. If a pole shaft breaks within 1 year of purchase, you may exchange it for a discounted replacement pole at the prices listed below.
This warranty covers accidental breakage from use or impact, regardless of cause. Products must be returned to the point of purchase for processing. Ratio Made is not responsible for shipping costs. Limit: two discounted replacements per product within the 1-year period.

54” Flex/Strength - $40

66” Flex/Strength - $45

Elevate upper shaft (each) - $25

Elevate lower shaft (each) - $20

Bjorn To Fly shaft (each) - $60

 

Manufacturing Defects

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, contact Ratio Made for evaluation. If confirmed, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to 2 years from the original purchase date. All replacements under this policy are at Ratio Made’s discretion.

Process

For products purchased through Amazon, please contact Amazon.

For products purchased directly through Ratio Made, submit a warranty claim by emailing the following information to info@ratiomade.com

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being submitted

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the broken item

 

At this time, customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs. Free pickup is available at our Redmond, WA warehouse by appointment.

What is not covered by warranty?

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cuts, burns, or abrasions

  • Fading color, logos, or markings due to use

  • Items purchased secondhand

  • Lost or stolen parts

  • Misuse outside the recommended guidelines

  • Products modified or altered by anyone other than Ratio Made

 

Repairs

Ratio Made can repair many items regardless of warranty period. To inquire about a repair, please contact us at: info@ratiomade.com


For items still under warranty, Ratio Made reserves the right to decide whether repair or replacement is the most appropriate solution.
