SHIPPING POLICY
As a USA manufacturer and store for high performance composite fitness products, Ratio Made is dedicated to providing efficient shipping methods, secure packaging, and transparent costs. We believe in clear communication to build trust and ensure customer satisfaction.
Our shipping policy prioritizes simplicity and reliability. We aim to deliver your orders promptly and affordably, so you can focus on achieving your fitness goals.
Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive notification when your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or production delays, shipping times may be extended. We will notify you via email if there are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard Shipping (Lower 48 States)
We offer flat-rate standard shipping to all addresses within the contiguous United States. Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after shipment. Flat Rate:

$10 for trekking poles and small items

$25 for mobility poles and Nordic ski poles
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to these areas.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees.
Local Pickup (free)
If you are located near Redmond, WA, free local pickup may be available at no additional cost. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule a pickup time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Ratio Made is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for documentation.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Return Window
If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by improper use or handling are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Email us at info@ratiomade.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

Ship the product back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, model, or product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected. Customers are responsible for outbound shipping of the replacement item unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an order error.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Gift cards or digital products
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items marked “final sale”
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@ratiomade.com with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
